Aspire.

Aspire:

KPMG in India launched the ‘Aspire’ programme with the aim of improving the skills and developing the abilities of disadvantaged girl students through “quality education, regular mentoring, and other pertinent inputs that enhance their employability”. We are delighted that deserving girls from the Taraben Master school 9th and 10th standard, have been selected to join this important program.

As part of the ‘Aspire’ program our girl students will be supported until their graduation, provided with regular mentoring by senior women leaders at KPMG in India to boost confidence, improve communication skills, learn to articulate ideas, perform in group discussions as well as given guidance on time management, accountability, ethical dilemmas, and preparation for success in the world of work.
KPMG in India have also organised field trips, sports activities, sessions on cyber security and road safety, and spoken English sessions, where employees contribute their time to conduct these initiatives.
